I grew up in a ballet school in Devon, training in, and teaching ballet, tap and modern dance. In my early twenties I swapped my tap shoes for a yoga mat and my journey evolved from yoga being a passion and support in my life, to becoming my full time job. I started practicing yoga with Drew Yoga teachers whilst at University in Wales studying BSc Forestry, then Iyengar Yoga whilst doing a Masters in Research in the Natural Environment at Edinburgh University. I started my Yoga teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga in Somerset in 2005, when I moved to Somerset where I live with my husband and two boys. I have been teaching Yoga ever since. My classes include teaching yoga to children, adults, mothers with babies, chair yoga and meditation. I also teach Yoga online and have enjoyed teaching on several Yoga holidays in Kerala, India.
