This is a closed group session, only open to Yoga students who have already attended my Yoga courses or Meditation Workshop. We usually meet in Pilton on the second Monday of the month between 6.30-7.30 pm.
During this three hour workshops, we explore the journey towards meditation by developing the skills to calm the mind. With practise, we can bring this relaxed awareness more and more into our daily lives. It is my aim to provide a structured guide to developing a personal meditation practice should you wish to do so.
