In-person studio classes and online Yoga courses run in term time blocks and are designed to be flexible to suit your timetable. Each term has a theme and each 90 minute class includes breathing (pranayama), Yoga exercises (asana), relaxation and finishes with meditation (shamatha). Book in to a venue (see Adult classes) and/or attend live Yoga classes via Zoom on Tuesdays 7.30-9 pm and Wednesdays 9.30-11 am (you are welcome to join either Zoom class once you have booked). I also provide weekly class videos via the private members area of my website that will be available to you for the term and throughout the holiday after the term has finished. This gives you time to catch up on any missed sessions or repeat classes to keep your practice going through the break. If you are unable to attend your booked venue, you may be able to attend another of my classes that week to make up your session in person if you wish. If you have any questions or to book, please contact me, preferably by e-mail: robertsonyoga@aol.co.uk.
Spring term 2025: Book now to join the Spring term '25 yoga course in-person at several venues (see Adult classes) and on Zoom and online between January - April 2025 (Please see all class dates at adult classes link).
