The material provided on this page is for the sole use of people booked into Adele's 2020 Yoga courses to support home practice. Please do not allow anyone else to have access via your secure login and password and please do not share videos with anyone. Summer term 2020: The summer term course of 12 weeks of Yoga will be available online to those who book, from 20 April - 17 July 2020 (no classes half term week beginning 25 May). Included in the £102 fee for the summer term will be a weekly lesson plan (.pdf format), class video and supporting material via the link below to support your home practice. You also have the option to participate in Zoom online yoga classes (until it is possible to return to our usual local venues). The live Zoom classes will be on Monday evenings 7.30-9.00 pm and Wednesday mornings 9.30-11 am, subject to continued internet capacity.
Spring term 2020: The Spring term 2020 finished on 3 April and all members will have access to the Private course pages until 19 April. This booking for subsequent terms will have access on an ongoing basis for as long as they remain booked into online courses.
I am only permitted to give you permission to practice at home using the material below if:
· any health conditions have previously been discussed with me; you have completed the latest BWY version of the 'Health questionnaire 2020)' and returned it to me electronically via e-mail or paper copy; you keep me up to date with any changes to your health since completing the form (download form link below)
· you have read the 'Student guidance for remote sessions' information and you have a safe place to practice, away from hazards and with all the necessary Yoga equipment that you need to practice safely (download form link below)
· you know how to modify or agree to avoid any postures that are not suitable for you; do not participate in online classes if you feel unwell, have a fever, feel dizzy or are very low in energy (although relaxation and meditation practices can be very helpful at such times).
